Technical and Dimensional Specifications
· Diameter: From 8 mm to 40 mm (common export sizes: 10, 12, 14, 16, 20, 25, and 32 mm).
· Length: 6 and 12-meter bars (custom cutting to lengths such as 9 m, 11.8 m, etc., is available).
· Rib Pattern: Helical (continuous) or herringbone (cross) ribs, depending on the requested standard. The mill's trademark and the bar diameter are embossed on the rebar surface.
· Mechanical Properties: Depending on the grade, yield strength ranges between 240 and 500 MPa, with tensile strength meeting standard requirements, accompanied by an excellent percentage of elongation for optimal ductility and weldability.
· Production Process: The product is generally manufactured via the hot rolling process with the Thermo-Mechanically Treated (TMT) system, which provides an ideal combination of high strength and a ductile soft core. Production of high-quality micro-alloyed 500 MPa grade rebars is also available.
